„Casa Baur“ consists of a main villa and three apartments.
The main house (used only for private use) was built in 1972 and has since been renovated and rebuilt several times. The apartments were built in 1990 and completely renovated 5 years ago.
We (Lemah and Nick) took over the facility in 2005 and carried out the renovations for the rental. The administration of the apartments is done by Lemah. Nick clarifies all technical qu
estions. We live in Germany and like to spend time in the paradisiacal „Casa Baur“, which is very close to our hearts. And we are also happy to offer you the beautiful apartments.

use. No car noise disturbs. If you want to have a party, that’s about 20 minutes away. Beach 10 minutes. But you can finally read the book you’ve always wanted to read. Or listen to mus
ic… The nearest restaurants can be found in 10minutes on foot. If you like to play tennis, bring your rackets with you. Tennis courts are also a 10-minute walk away. Puerto Blanco Beach is a 10-minute walk away. There you can use wonderfully for a short, morning bath or stay longer. In 3

the way, you can watch the sunset wonderfully on the roof terrace of the apartments with a sundowner!
